  Q: What is my "network"?
  
  A: Your network is an online social network that includes your friends & family. You may communicate with your friends/relatives on InsuranceNetworking.org and you may also get help from them. You can be connected to more and more members by friends' contacts and there is no limitation.

  
  

  Q: How many friends/relatives can I have?
  
  A: You can have as many friends as you want. The more the merrier! You can keep adding friends along the way.  Please refer "How do I add Friends" for ways to add more people.

  
  

  Q: How do I remove a Friend?
  
  A: Please click "Edit Friends" at the left bar after login, you can remove or delete friends over there.

  
  

  Q: What should I do if my friend sends the invitation email to another email address?
  
  A: If the invitation email gets to another email address you can ask your friend/relative to send the invitation email to your registered email address on InsuranceNetworking.org. You can also send an invitation email to that member after log in to InsuranceNetworking.org.

  
  

  Q: How do I add friends/relatives and grow my network?
  
  A:
  (1). You can Invite your friends/relatives to join InsuranceNetworking.org by going to "Invite Friends". Enter their email address and click on Invite. Once your friends join, they will be automatically linked to you.
   
  (2). If you are browsing around and find a friend or relative's profile, select the "Add as a Friend" option.
   
  (3). You can find friends/relatives that are not in your network by going to "Find People". To ensure safety for our members, you have to know the first and last name or an exact email address to find your friend on InsuranceNetworking.org.

  
  

  Q: How do I chat with my friends/relatives?
  
  A: Please click "IM" on the top of the toolbar after login, then you can chat with members. Please also ensure that your browser allows pop-ups.

  A: Please click the "Edit My Profile" on the left bar after login, then you can change your profile there.

  Q: How do I post/update/delete my photo?
  
  A: If you want to upload/change/delete the current photo(s), please click "Add/Update my photos" under "Home Menu" at the left bar after login.

  Q: What is Comment?
  
  A: A comment is a comment, note, remark, story, toast, etc that your friends & contacts say about you. You should approve or deny each of them. Please remember you cant edit the comment, you can only accept or refuse it. You can also write about your friends in their comments.

  
  

  Q: How can I write a Comment for my friend/relative?
  
  A: You can write a comment for a friend/relative by going to that member's profile page and clicking on "Add Recommendation". You can write and post your recommendation there, then it will be approved or rejected by the member. After it is approved, it will appear on the profile page.

  
  

  Q: Why would I want friends/relatives to make Comments?
  
  A: The comments from your friends/relatives can help more people know you better.

  
  

  Q: What can I write about for comments?
  
  A: You can write about anything, but remember that they do get to approve or reject it. Comment, note, remark, story, toast, and anything that can let people know the member.

  Q: What should I do if I get the correct email address/username or password, but still have trouble logging in?
  
  A: You may have turned the cookies off by accident. Please reset your browser to accept cookies

  
  

  Q: HOW TO SET COOKIES OF YOUR BROWSER ON?
  
  
  A: 1.Netscape Navigator 4.x (Windows and Mac):
  Click the Edit menu and select Preferences. Click on Advanced in the list of topics on the left side of the window. The right side of the window should now display a series of checkboxes. Find the box labeled "accept all cookies" and make sure it is checked. Click OK.
  
  2.Microsoft Internet Explorer For Windows Version 5.xx
  Click the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Click the Security tab at the top of the window. The box at the top of the window should read Internet Zone. The bottom section of the Security window contains several buttons. Click the one marked Custom. Scroll down the list of options until you see the Cookies heading. In the Allow per-session cookies (not stored), click the Enable d b utton. In the Allow cookies that are stored on your computer, click the Enable d b utton. Click OK.
  
  3.Microsoft Internet Explorer For Windows Version 6.xx
  Click the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Click the Privacy tab at the top of the window. Make sure that the slider is set at a level not higher than Medium. The bottom of the slider section of the Security window contains several buttons. Click the one marked Advanced. In the new window under the Cookies section, check the box labeled Override automatic cookie handling. Now you will see the other settings enabled and can be configured. Under the First-party Cookies section, click the Accept button. Under the Third-party Cookies section, click the Block button. Check the box labeled Always allow session cookies. Click OK.
  
  4.Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x (Mac)
  Click the Edit menu and select Preferences. On the left pane, under the Receiving Files section, click Cookies. In the right pane, find the pull-down menu next to When receiving cookies and select Never ask. Click OK.
